how about when trying to “determine what is going on” posing questions instead of false assumptions, which can be damaging to home owners and other parties involved. I am tired of seeing these blogs post blatant misinformation. Do your research. And ASK

… the public when in doubt. Instead of TELLING the public so matter-of-factly things that you are unsure of.
